No Dough Pesto Pizza Base: Low Carb/GF/Veg/TASTY

Low carb pizza base

Nothing much to be said for this other than: try it!  It’s very ‘comfort’ and unfiddly and different and my whole family thoroughly enjoyed it.  I ended up making two bases and used the left-overs for school lunches.  HIT!


250g cream cheese (room temperature)
2 eggs
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbspns pesto
1/2 cup of grated cheese


  1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees and line a lamington pan with baking paper.  Whisk all ingredients together except the grated cheese.  Scatter the cheese across bottom of prepared pan then pour cream cheese batter over the top, spreading it out as you go.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.  Leave to cool completely.
Low Carb Pizza!
