
This is one of the easiest big batch recipes in the history of big batchery! If you’re heading to a MamaBake session tomorrow and you have run out of inspiration, this recipe is your best friend! A super marinade for fish too
Ditch the chilli if your family can’t bear it, there are enough other ingredients to carry this gorgeous meal!
Ingredients
40 chicken wings (for 4 families, aim for 3 per adult and 2 per child)
1 bulb of garlic
10cm fresh ginger
2 cups tomato paste
1 cup honey
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sesame oil
Chillies to taste
1 1/2 cup sesame seeds.
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200degreesC.
2. In a blender, make a paste with the garlic, ginger, and chillies. Scrape paste into a large bowl and add the rest of ingredients, mixing well.
3. Add the chicken wings and marinate overnight.
4. Spread out on baking tray until cooked through. You may need to cook these in batches.
Serve with rice or noodles and some steamed vegetables.
