Makes approx 60-70 biscuits.
- Preheat oven at 190C (375F).
- Mix flaxseed meal and water, set aside 3-5 minutes.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs.
- Stir flaxseed mix into butter mix and add vanilla. Beat until well blended.
- Sift flour, baking soda, salt & yeast. Add butter mix to flour mix.
- Stir in the oats and then the choc chips.
- Drop golf ball size (or slightly smaller) amounts on parchment paper on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden.
