Not rocket science. Not a brand new idea, but something I’ve been wanting to try and they are so easy and delicious I just had to share them with you!
2 x bananas – chopped into thick discs.
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
2 T maple syrup
Pinch sea salt
Slice the bananas into the desired thickness. (You could halve or leave them whole and stick an ice cream stick in it as a ‘Banana Pop’)
Combine the chocolate ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine; stirring well.
Dip and cover all the banana pieces in the chocolate, place them on a lined baking tray and then sprinkle with crushed peanuts, pistachios or any topping you like.
Freeze overnight and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
