Recipe by Em Teddo Caunt
To make a 1/3 cup cacao choc chunks or mini choc chips:
3-5 Tbs cacao powder,
2-3 Tbs coconut oil or cacao butter
Maple syrup to taste
Maca powder to taste.
Stir all ingredients together, pour mixture in a glass dish and allow to set it in the freezer. When set, break it into chunks and use for recipes such as Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites.
To make chunks, smash up the choccy slab. If you want to make choc chips drop small drips of the mixture on to your dish in the size and shape you like.
